Cation Consulting’s parly.ai selected for prestigious AWS Conversational AI partner initiative

We are delighted to announce that Cation Consulting’s, parly.ai, has been listed as an inaugural member of the new prestigious AWS conversational AI partner initiative.

The recently launched AWS conversational AI partner solutions initiative enables enterprises to implement high-quality, highly effective chatbot, virtual assistant, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions through the domain expertise of AWS Partners and AWS AI and machine learning (ML) services. This announcement follows the selection of Cation Consulting into the equally prestigious AWS Contact Centre Intelligence Partner initiative earlier this year (Jan. 2021), the objective of which is to quickly and easily add intelligence to existing contact centre solutions to improve service and reduce cost. Both announcements are as a result of our innovative application of AWS AI (ML/NLP) incorporated into our parly.ai platform and implemented for our customers including Ryanair and 123.ie/RSA insurance. Using parly.ai we helped Ryanair build a chatbot that improves its customer support experience, helping customers find answers to their questions quickly and easily. We also recently helped 123.ie implement a highly advanced chatbot for onboarding new motor insurance customer accounts that incorporates real-time image recognition and document processing to speed up the process by analysing a customer’s driver’s license and previous policy documentation.

Launched in 2018, parly.ai continues to evolve as a highly scalable, feature rich, multi-channel, multi-lingual, bot and live chat conversational AI platform enabling customer services departments to a) automate repetitive processes, b) reduce cost, c) support growth, while significantly enhancing the customer engagement experience.
